CTMM-TraIT makes Chipster available for biomedical studies

Chipster,  a user-friendly, open-source, high-throughput data analysis software tool created and maintained by the IT Center for Science (CSC, Finland), has been released for use in CTMM-TraIT.

It contains over 300 analysis tools for next generation sequencing (NGS), microarray and proteomics data. Users can visualise data interactively, and save and share automatic analysis workflows.

A workflow for array-Comparative Genomic Hybridization (aCGH) microarray analysis for analysing DNA copy number data has been made available within this tool, enabling easy and intuitive data (pre)processing and analysis.

DTL and CTMM collaborate closely in the DTL Data programme.
