FAIRDOMHub is a centrally hosted repository for managing and sharing systems biology research. It enables independent researchers, projects and programmes to manage or publish datasets, link them together, interlink them with mathematical models, and share them in the context of the protocols that produced them and the publications that describe them. FAIRDOM therefore provides a collaboration environment for researchers and an integrated view of the laboratory and modelling aspects of systems biology experiments.
FAIRDOM is a joint action of ERA-Net EraSysAPP and European Research Infrastructure, ISBE. It aims to establish an internationally sustained service to enable the European Systems Biology community to produce Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable (FAIR) Data, Operating procedures and Models.
You can explore the projects and programmes already using FAIRDOMHub here: https://fairdomhub.org/ where you can view, download and reuse published research. You can also sign up for your own project space here: https://fairdomhub.org/signup
If you have any questions or feature requests, or if you would like to get involved with the FAIRDOM initiative, please contact support@fair-dom.org.
