All deadlines for abstract submission to the European Conference on Computational Biology (ECCB) have been extended. The new deadlines are 5 April 2016 (Proceedings & Highlights) and 18 April 2016 (Applications & ELIXIR applications).
ECCB is the main computational event in 2016. The conference is jointly organised by DTL, the BioSB research school and ELIXIR, in association with the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Delft University of Technology. It will welcome scientists working in a variety of disciplines, including bioinformatics, biology, computational biology, medicine, and systems biology. Participating in ECCB 2016 will be the perfect opportunity to keep pace with cutting edge research and to network with members of the ECCB community. Registration for the conference is open.
Application track
The aim of the Application Track is to give a voice to those who work outside of academia, often having alternative dissemination strategies relative to scientific publishing, which may reduce their visibility, and that of their work, to the academic community.
ELIXIR track
The ELIXIR Track gives you the opportunity to showcase to the community the latest outputs and services from across the initiative. The focus of submissions should be on developments relating to services and infrastructure within ELIXIR – those relating to research are out of scope with the purpose of the initiative.
