In the DTL/SURF Interest Group ‘Compute Resources for Life Science Research’ (CRLS), we share lessons learned and best practices, and discuss requirements, use cases and models to scale out or federate compute resources and data processing workflows. During the meeting on 15 March, we will discuss the integration and synchronisation of software stacks with automatic pipeline deployment. Several speakers will present solutions that are used in their departments, including solutions for HPC environments, and share their experience.
