From 29 October – 1 November 2018, the Netherlands eScience Center will host the 14th IEEE eScience Conference in Amsterdam. IEEE eScience 2018 brings together leading international researchers and offers a platform for digital technologies to advance research, from the humanities to the physical sciences. You can apply for conference travel and attendance grants, which are provided by the Moore Foundation, the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), and Philips. These grants are directed at increasing diversity at the IEEE eScience Conferences. The IEEE eScience 2018 conference wishes to increase diversity of attendants across many dimensions, including gender, geographic region, and career stage. People from underrepresented groups and geographies are encouraged to apply. The deadline for applying is: 15 August 2018, 23.59 CEST.
