In April this year the EU-funded Health and Life Science (HELIS) Academy was founded. In this consortium 10 public and private partners in Flanders and the Netherlands join forces to bridge the gaps between the skills and knowledge needed by organizations and their availability on the labour market. To define which specific skills gaps need to be addressed and in which format, the employers skill needs questionnaire was set out.
The employers skill needs questionnaire will enable the HELIS Academy to develop courses relevant to organisations, and open up the possibility to have employees trained to address the company’s needs. The questionnaire is open until November 30. You can win a free vacancy posting on the Life Science jobboard BCFjobs (worth €200) to help you fill your vacancies.
