Focus meeting kick-starts Dutch cBioPortal community

On 9 September 2020 DTL, together with Health-RI and NKI organized the first focus meeting to start a Dutch cBioPortal community. Four keynote presentations were given, followed by breakout sessions on tool development, support and sustainability, research use cases and wishes/needs for visualisations and analyses. Focus meeting to kick-start Dutch cBioPortal community

cBioPortal users and developers are invited to the first Dutch cBioPortal Focus meeting. The online event is organized by Health-RI and DTL and will be held on September 9th. It will be the first official cBioPortal community meeting and will help cBioPortal users and IT-developers to get the most out of their platform. You can find more information on Health-RI’s site.

Data Stewards Interest Group meets again on July 7th and 9th 2020

Join the online Biohackathon April 5-11th #covid_19_bh20

Goals of the online Biohackathon April 5-11th 2020 are readily accessible data, protocols, detection kits, protein predictions etc. Anybody can contribute- no prior experience with (Bio)Hackathons is required.
