BBMRI-omics: Introduction and Hands-on Application

During a 2-day program researchers can get acquainted with the data BBMRI-omics has on offer for the research community. On the first day, a series of lectures will introduce the wide spectrum of omics data present within BBMRI (from genomics to metabolomics, from methylomics to transcriptomics), and how this data infrastructure will help unraveling disease mechanisms and risk stratification.

On the second day, researchers with knowledge of the data analysis software R can follow a hands-on course to learn how to access and analyze the multiple omics data within BBMRI-omics.

Date: 30-31 March 2017

Registration: registration is free of charge (but required: http://www.bbmri.nl/registration-form-bbmri-omics/). We welcome registrations either for both days or just one of the two days. For the hands-on course we can only have 35 participants so be sure to register soon!
