Databases, Pathways and Cytoscape

This is a one-day introduction course to databases, pathway analysis and biosemantics for the interpretation of gene lists such as generated by differential expression experiments. Practicals include the webtools DAVID and Anni, and the network tool Cytoscape. This course is useful for biomedical researchers with gene expression data as well as bioinformatics researchers who need an introduction to this specific field and tools.
