BioSB HotTopics Symposium: Computational Methods for Spatial data analysis

Technologies that obtain molecular profiles with spatial resolution, such as spatial transcriptomics and Imaging Mass Cytometry, are transforming our understanding of biology and disease. To maximise the potential of such data, new and innovative computational methods to analyse it are needed.

BioSB and single cell network Netherlands (scNL) are co-organising a hot-topic symposium on computational methods for (single cell) spatial data analysis. The goal of this informal meeting is to bring together people who are interested in this topic in order to learn about the latest development, and build a community.
