Oxford Nanopore sequencers became commercially available this year. Some groups in the Netherlands have acquired Nanopore sequencers and applied it in their research. We invited several colleagues from these groups to share their experience with Nanopore and their future plans.
This DTL Focus meeting will be an excellent opportunity to learn more about the Nanopore sequencing technology and hear first hand experience from our colleagues within our DTL community. In addition, we will also hear updates on projects using PacBio data and the new PacBio sequencer.
DTL Focus meetings are facilitated by SURF.
