The special interest group “Compute Resources for Life Science Research” (CRLS) has been initiated in January 2015 to discuss requirements, use cases and models to scale out compute resources. During this second SIG CRLS meeting, we will present and discuss best practices in setting up, maintaining and providing support on high performance computing facilities for research.
