The Radboud Center for Mitochondrial Medicine (www.rcmm.info) is an international acknowledged reference center for patient care, counseling, diagnostics and research on mitochondrial (-related) diseases. The three main topics studied (clinical sciences, cell biological consequences, and struture-function) focus on the final biochemical pathway of cellular energy production, the mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation system. Within the Center all expertise, tools and technologies are present to study systems biology of cellular energy metabolism.
